Who I Am
I have more than 15 years of experience in the insurance sector and hold a New Zealand level 5 financial advisers’ qualification. I have a strong foundation in Personal and Business risk insurance benefits and passionate about providing practical insurance products and services to help my clients achieve their financial objectives. In addition, I am a qualified member and court member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) from 2023-2025, a global association of top financial professionals known for their knowledge, ethics, and client service excellence.
Chelsea brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, including time with AIA (formerly Sovereign) and working closely with advisers. Her background has provided her with a strong foundation in operational efficiency, compliance, and process improvement.
She also holds an Honours Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, which supports a thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving. This combination allows her to design systems that are effective, meaningful, and people focused. Chelsea will act as first point of contact for client queries as well as oversee daily office activities and workflow. With her degree in marketing, she will assist with marketing initiatives, events and client communications.
